Once all steps are followed you can utilize any form of packaging to safely post the item back to us in it's unused form with tags attached, via the An Post or "Drop to Shop" method. You do not need to use the Decathlon cardboard box the order originally arrived in unless it is the actual advertising packaging for the product ordered.
Once posted, please retain any tracking details for the returned package and you can expect a refund in 15-20 working days.
