Tracking is currently available on all standard orders, however if your order is bulky (over 30kg or 1.2m in length) it will not have active tracking as per your dispatch email.
For orders from our European warehouse DHL and UPS will provide tracking updates once your order leaves the warehouse, arrives in Ireland and prior to delivery. (Note orders shipping with DHL are delivered last miles by An Post.)
For DHL
Your tracking number which will be sent to you in your dispatch email (the "Track my Order" button), following shipping can be utilized on the DHL.de site during transit and the AnPost.com site once arrived in Ireland. (Note) You may need to click this "Track my order" link twice to refresh your tracking details.
It will provide you with timely updates during the 6 working day delivery process and you can select to receive email updates direct from DHL on DHL.de by selecting the tab shown below when you enter your tracking number -
For Express or pickup point orders placed for delivery from our one of our Irish stores, your orders tracking number and details will be provided by An Post direct and will be visible in AnPost.com once live.
For UPS
Your tracking number and link will be emailed directly to you by UPS following shipping and you will have visibility on updates daily through this link and will be provided with an expected delivery date also.
