Items purchased in store in Decathlon Ballymun or Limerick can only be returned in store and cannot be posted back.
Items purchased in store can avail of the standard 30 days to return any unworn/unused goods with tags attached for a refund or exchange with your proof of purchase upon inspection.
If you make your purchase in store and utilize your Decathlon account email address at the till at the time of making your purchase this will extend your returns window from 30 to 365 days.
All returns and warranty related claims are subject to inspection by our team of sports experts and may not be accepted.
Points to note
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with the original tags and packaging material.
- Defective items used outside of their intended purpose cannot be returned.
- Decathlon does not accept returns on perishable products (e.g. food, beverages) and products with hygiene concerns (e.g. undergarments).
- Decathlon does not accept returns of products that are customized for the client at our stores
- In the event of a refund being requested for a card purchase, the original card used for payment is required.
- Proof of purchase is your Decathlon receipt.
