If you wish to add and item or change/cancel an order you just need to contact our support team at help.ireland@decathlon.com and provide your order number as soon as possible and the team will do their best to assist.
It must be noted that if your order has the status of "Processing in progress", "Picked" "Packed" or "Shipped" in your Decathlon.ie account then unfortunately we may not be able to cancel or make amendments to it as the order may already be pre-advised for shipping or indeed in transit from our European warehouse or from one of our stores.
Should this occur and you still do not wish to receive the order you can reject it upon delivery and it will be returned to sender at no cost to you and a full refund will be issued. You just need to notify us of the rejection at help.ireland@decathlon.com and the team will confirm the status and issue the refund.
